About me
I'm Katie Pullen — lifelong Newark, NY resident, owner of Katie Pullen: Allstate Insurance, community connector, and someone who’s always looking for better ways to serve people.
Since 1999, I’ve represented Allstate and built our agency into a trusted, highly rated resource across the Finger Lakes—serving Wayne, Seneca, Ontario, Cayuga, and Monroe counties. With over 25 years of experience and leadership roles including service on Allstate’s District Growth Council, I’ve developed deep expertise in personal and commercial lines—from auto and home to life, renters, and small business insurance.
To me, insurance is about relationships. My team and I believe in real conversations, practical advice, and making sure people feel understood—whether it takes one call or five. I’m constantly refining how we work: simplifying processes, eliminating busywork, and making room for what matters most—people.
I also care deeply about my community. I’m active in Rotary, involved in local schools and event planning, and always looking for ways to build a stronger Newark through collaboration and connection.
At home, I’m married to Chris, who works in institutional research at FLCC. We have two kids, and when I’m not working or volunteering, I’m probably diving into local history, brainstorming big ideas, or finding humor in the chaos of running a small business.

I joined the Katie Pullen Agency in 2021 as Office Manager. Katie likes to say she hand-picked me to help her run the show, and I’ve even heard her tell customers I’m her “right and left hand.” Before relocating to Newark, I called Scranton, Pennsylvania home. (Yes—the Electric City from that famous TV show! Ain’t no party like a Scranton party… because a Scranton party don’t stop!)
I share this amazing adventure with my husband, John, and our kitty fur babies. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Keystone College (’06) and later continued my education at Penn State University (WE ARE!), where I completed certificates in Business Administration and Corporate Communications (’18). Before joining the Katie Pullen Agency, I worked as a Claims Analyst for a national financial institution. That role opened my eyes to the importance of helping families before life’s challenges happen—not just after.
Since joining the agency, I’ve been especially proud of the work I do in protecting families with Life Insurance. I love sitting down with families, learning what matters most to them, and putting plans in place that bring lasting peace of mind. Knowing that I’ve helped local families safeguard their loved ones no matter what tomorrow brings is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find me relaxing with John, exploring the Newark Farmers Market, or enjoying local craft beverages with family and friends. I’m passionate about being part of this community and love getting involved in local events and projects that bring people together.

Natasha Bull

Natasha has been serving families with their insurance needs since 2010. She began her career with an Allstate agency in Ontario, NY, and today brings her experience and compassion to clients here at Katie Pullen: Allstate Insurance in Newark, NY. Over the years she has helped countless families review their auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies, making sure they have the right protection in place.
What clients appreciate most about Natasha is her approachable style. She explains coverage in plain language and adds humor to the conversation — sometimes even giving a playful “wrong answer” buzzer when she wants you to slow down and think about why a policy detail matters. Her mix of knowledge and personality makes insurance conversations easier and more meaningful.
As a mom, Natasha understands how important it is to protect the people and things that matter most. Her daughter Luci inspires her daily with her determination and intelligence, and Natasha also carries the memory of her son Glen, who passed away in a motorcycle accident. That personal experience drives her passion for helping Newark and Finger Lakes families secure peace of mind with the right coverage
